SAKKA (Sakka the Leech)
Tarokaja goes to the capital to bring his master’s uncle home. He is fooled by an imposter named Sakka into taking him back instead. Wishing to avoid trouble, the master treats Sakka with courtesy, but watch what happens!
KAYOI KOMACHI (The Courting of Komachi)
The spirit of Lady Ono no Komachi appears to a monk asking him to help her attain salvation. However, the malicious spirit of her former lover, General Fukakusa, hinders her. The play depicts how, even in death, a man and woman obsessed with love can continue to suffer.
