Enjoy Zashiki-mai (Japanese classical chamber dance) at Kenchoji Temple by INOUE Yachiyo, living national treasure and YAMAMURA Tomogorō. After the performance, the two artists will discuss Zashiki-mai, allowing you to appreciate the allure of Japanese classical dance up close.

10 minutes by bus from Kamakura Station on the JR Yokosuka Line (get off at Kenchoji Temple on the Enoden bus bound for Ōfuna).

*A separate admission fee of 500 yen is required to enter Kenchoji Temple.
[About Zen meditation experience set ticket]
*With the cooperation of Kenchoji Temple, you can experience Zen meditation after the play.
*The Zen meditation experience is scheduled to last about 45 minutes.
*After Part 1 starting at 1:00 p.m., you will move to the building next to the performance venue, Hōjō (Ryūōden).
*There are no specific rules regarding attire, but loose-fitting clothing is recommended.
*Private conversations and free activities are not allowed in the venue. If you do not follow the instructions of the instructor, you will be asked to leave the venue
